*We do not issue refunds. However, eligible returns will result in store credit. Store credit may be redeemed at any time, and will not expire.
*Clearance items and Special sales are final, and not eligible for return or store credit.
*Shipping expenses will not be refunded and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship item/items back to us.
*Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of date product is received.
*Items must be returned in new condition and have tags attached. Buyer is to include original invoice/receipt with return, and please note reason for return on invoice.
*Store Credit will be issued the day item is returned and processed. It may be redeemed in the checkout process.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
*It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment if an item if defective or damaged. You may contact us at email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
