Updated 2026 Return and Exchange Policies

*We do not issue refunds of any sort. However, eligible returns will result in store credit OR exchanges. Store credit may be redeemed at any time and will not expire.

*Online sales are eligible for returns and/or exchanges. In person sales through the mobile boutique are eligible for exchanges only. All items purchased through our mobile boutique at a show or event are NOT eligible for returns for store credit.

*Clearance items and Special sales are FINAL, and not eligible for return/exchange or store credit.

*Shipping expenses will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of date when product is received.

*Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition. This means unworn, unwashed, and with no markings from makeup or deodorant. Items must have ALL tags attached to be eligible for return or exchange. If we receive your item with any of the above mentioned, it will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.

*Buyer is to include original invoice/receipt with returns and/or exchanges, and please note reason for return or exchange on invoice.

*We will provide store credit via a gift card to your email, as soon as we get your return.

*All items purchased in person through our mobile boutique at a show or event are NOT eligible for returns for store credit, but are eligible for exchanges, (in the case of it being a gift or buying for someone else.) Exchanges must be made within 30 days from purchase date. No exceptions. Please make sure you love your item and take the time to try it on.

*Nobody's Girl is not responsible for ANY lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the USPS Customer Service Team so they can assist you.

*Holiday Return Policy: All items purchase November 15-December 24 will be eligible for return until January 10. Item/items must be returned by January 10 to receive store credit.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

*It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify us within 3 days of receiving shipment if an item if defective or damaged.  You may contact us at nobodysgirlboutique@gmail.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
